*    Represented a condominium association trust in a suit against the developer, the contractor, the architect, and a former trustee for negligent design, negligent construction, breach of implied warranty of habitability, and breach of fiduciary duty related to the planning, construction, development, and conveyance of an eighteen (18) unit condominium building.

 

*    Lead defense counsel for joint defense in a multi-million dollar suit by a developer against the seller of real estate, alleging misrepresentation concerning environmental condition of open space and against an environmental firm claiming negligent conduct of subsurface testing (tried to a jury for three months day to day).

 

*    Trial counsel for defense in suit brought by real estate brokers against Sellers for brokerage commissions allegedly due on sale of sixty (60) unit building.

 

*    Trial counsel for defendant/plaintiff-in-counterclaim arising out of contract for dredging and sale of loam, gravel and peat from a municipal pond.

*    Plaintiff’s trial counsel in a suit for adverse possession of land used by a skeet shooting club as a shot fall area over a period of twenty years.
